what do we know now(now meaning these last 2 days) that we didn't know before... 1)...Luminent has indeed been filed...[great news, great underwriters, great ceo and great spinoff procedure news]...these were all big 'ifs' until wednesday and every single one came thru the BEST POSSIBLE RESULT...these facts cannot be overstated... 2)...all of the acquisitions announced with last Qs earnings have indeed met with approval of the regulators and have closed....good work, guys, cuz we know it's a huge headache to get that much work done... 3)...another great acquisition was announced...this time to complement jolt in its race to beat terabeam and air fiber...the jolt/astra combo is now called Optical Access...it includes all of jolt which includes THE PATENTS FOR PURE AND DIRECT PHOTON TRANSMISSION plus mesh, plus all of Astra, plus a burgeoning CLEC in Israel... 4)...iTouch(Redback's current and future nightmare) will likely be filed shortly after Optical Access...oh yeah... folks this is great news no matter how you slice it...
