Sympathy plays include FFIV and RDWR. 09:37 ET Alteon WebSys (ATON) 143: -- Update -- Not much of a premium on ATON -- NT offer is 1.83148 shares of NT per ATON share, or $143.77 at yesterday's close of 78 1/2 for NT. NT sees deal as accretive in 2001 excluding charges.
