ASP's are rising as the K6 is replaced by the Athy...Management foresees no slowdown in flash this year, maybe even none next year and Commucations Div'n profitability in terms of materiality is questionable...Just don't see, at this time, why I can't expect, what has been an exceedingly strong correlation since Q3 '99 between incremental Athy shipments and pre-tax eps, to remain as strong through Q3 and Q4...After all AMD is just now revving up...
