Lynn, RE: It's recognizing rather than ignoring the errors in our thought process that (hopefully) helps us become better investors.

Indeed, the one thing that I try to convince people time and time again is that although winners are more fun and more rewarding, losers are an essential part of the investing process because that is where most of your investment philosophy is learned.
