1) true for current production levels. The increase in production is unlikely locked so the choice is between no growth or growth with different GM - I am guessing here

2)I do not believe that we have enough info to make that conclusion

3)true plus new products but overall margin for k7 should decline simply for a reason that amd's k7 is going to compete on a larger scale (1.8M vs 7.2m).

As far as price, I do believe (agree) that amd is under-priced, JMHO.
