12:16 ET Philly Semiconductor Index : -- Technical -- Minor signs of life evident in the index. The bearish extension flirted support at the 200 day moving average at 930 before recovering. Indicators are deeply oversold and in potentially bullish position. Follow through beyond the opening high at 987 bolsters a more friendly s/t view. Next resistance at 1015 but a run through 1065/70 is needed just to neutralize recent bearish bias.
