You were to receive 0.7236 shares of OPTV for each share of SPYG. The 2 stocks have been mirroring each other percentage-wise since the merger announcement. Both stocks have been hit hard along with the entire NASDAQ. I also voted against the merger, but I knew it would go thru anyway. It was more of a protest vote for me. Nothing we can do about it now but wait it out. This may take a while! best of luck, Scot
