Thanks Dayal, Reading Noam's CC statement and listening to it seems totally different. Me thinks the stock sell off is due to Luminent's quiet period (seems like it has been a year) Damn...it has been since June of last year. Still no details regarding Zaffaire and also Optical Access IPO's quiet period...Me thinks.
