Its developed one of the ugliest looking charts I've seen....2 double tops and headed straight for a drop through the 200 day ma! SL could walk himself into the interesting retrospective situation where it would have been a lot better for SEG to have dumped VRTS and taken the tax hit than fiddle this self-serving private tune while the floor fell out from under.
