For you Jack! CSFB reports on KOPN:
______________

Kopin (KOPN-$23.00-Cap $1.6B-Strong Buy)
Kopin Handily Beats Q2 EPS And Revenue Estimates. Long Range Outlook is Very Strong. Reiterate Strong Buy

· Kopin Q2 2000 EPS were $0.06 (vs. $0.00 in Q2 1999) and revenues $24.3 million, up 183%, handily beating our (and the consensus) $0.05 EPS estimate and our $20.7 million revenue forecast.

· At $19.5MM HBT revenues were up 194%, 19% seq, and 14% above our $17.1MM forecast. CyberDisplay sales of $4.8MM, up 272%, 69% seq, were 52% above our $3.2MM. Demand exceeded supply in both businesses.

· KOPN management was ultra-cautious in guiding to sequentially flatish HBT sales in Q3, but expects strong sequential growth to resume in Q4. We remain comfortable with our forecast of modest sequential HBT growth in Q3.

· CyberDisplay production nearing 200,000 units per month continues to ramp, but Kopin is still unable to keep pace with demand. With increased scale and automation in place the business is rapidly approaching profitability.

· KOPN has been battered in the past two weeks by excessive concerns about a possible fall off in HBT growth. We believe the current low price creates an outstanding buying
opportunity and reiterate our Strong Buy.
