There is but one word: terrifying. Clearly, the company is unaware of and oblivious to the recent Bre-X debacle, the pall it has cast upon the entire small-cap resource stock sector, and the concomitant imperative to now release news TOTALLY beyond ANY reproach. Mr. Vaux's employment should be terminated, immediately, if his capacity as "Investor Relations" is one of an employee, or his contract should be terminated, immediately, if he and his services have been retained. In addition, whomever within the company approved the release should resign, immediately. There is no longer any room for error in disseminating news. This is a company claiming to have a device which, if it does what is claimed for it, will REVOLUTIONISE the oil exploration business. A company making such claims MUST understand the climate of natural skepticism which will inevitably surround those claims. The human propensity is to automatically DOUBT that which purports to do what heretofore has been impossible; confronted with such a claim, everyone is suddenly from Missouri. This company better start understanding that reality, and FAST, and be prepared to prove the veracity of every paragraph, every sentence, every word, and every punctuation mark of every press release they disseminate from here on. |
