What do you base this on? I assumed that the opposite must be true, otherwise why would Nortel, a major Avici investor and one-time distribution partner, have given up their distribution agreement? In addition, Nortel is currently getting it's core router from Juniper since it scrapped its own development plans last month. Nortel may well buy Avici (or Foundry) to re-establish it's core routing capability in-house, but it will be because Juniper was either unavailable or too expensive.
