Re: it's happening on LOW VOLUME.... heinz, I'm not sure how good of an indicator is anymore. With online trading everyone thought they could play the momo game earlier in the year. A lot of these guys got wiped out so their volume is no longer here. It ends up screwing up the stats. I saw a stat a while back that it was estimated that 50K profession traders account for 50% of the daily volume. These guys are just going in and out, providing liquidity. It really doesn't say anything about the direction of the market. I agree volume is important, but it's not as difinitive as it was before online trading....
