Where did you get the information above? Nokia was going to work on a phone with EPOC/PalmOS combined. Last I heard, no cooperation between Symbian and Palm had started. Unless Nokia is dumping Symbian, which is very unlikely, I am not sure how Nokia is working on a Palm OS based phone.

Also, the Nokia phone with PalmOS/EPOC was planned for release at the end of 2001.
