great...that's what bear markets are like...the slippery slope of hope and misplaced optimism. i saw nothing BUT bulls on CNBS...they're all optimistic about the 'second half' or the period 'after labor day', etc., etc... yesterday the DLJ clown sounded as if 30% per annum were a shagging god-given RIGHT.... we NEED a clown wipe-out...it is extremely unhealthy that the stock market has become THE most important part of the economy...balance needs to be restored.
