IF MSFT were looking at this combination I wouldn't expect a buyout, rather a very large equity stake and alliance similar to the T deal. Same thing with AOL. However, YHOO, DIS, and even T, could do outright buyouts. I like the thinking of the GNET and Vulcan crew...coagulate and merge the best technology and brains at reasonable levels now and yield MUCH higher potential gains and profits down the road!

I fully expect to see us move SUBSTANTIALLY up from here before any further deals are announced! I actually like the timing of this deal...if we had gone further up in INSP we would have had further to fall! This way INSP secures a floor and can move confidently from here!
