Do you like fish? I like to marinate Tuna steaks in Italian dressing and then grill them, they come out very tasty. You can use really any fish that has a solid meat. Salmon, or halibut. The other thing I like is marinating broccoli, or zucchini strips and grilling those as well. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thick strips and marinate. Clappy hates grilling these because they tend to fall through, so I'm letting you know It could be difficult in a drunken state or hilariously funny. You can also put shrimp on a shiskabob and baste with a lemon garlic butter, these cook super fast and can be the treat for the cook.
