uwhat, I think LTV is cheap. I am not a buyer right now, but I am thinking about it. The costs seem to be under some control and they are so leveraged to metals prices that a rise in steel prices, should they hold, could easily make them profitable before the end of the year. Obviously, a company bleeding this much red ink is a speculation, but, since I expect the dollar to weaken, LTV's position could strengthen soon.
