LOL**** NEW YORK, July 28 (Reuters) - Some U.S. dealers spent Friday selling an equipment lease-backed issue for Conseco Inc.'s (NYSE: CNC) finance unit, while others prepared sales materials for commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) offerings to be launched in the next two weeks. Sources familiar with the Conseco offering said Conseco was in the market with a $614 million equipment lease-backed transaction that was being managed by First Union and Banc Of America Securities LLC. The Conseco deal was a multi-part issue
