Even though the income tax in Barbados is 1% annually, wouldn't Uncle Sam be taxing you at source?

I suppose when the time comes, you will be transferring all your assets there once and for all time and burn your boats with the mainland?

Beware the long and strong tentacles of the IRS!!! Uncle Sam takes a fiendish delight in taxing the worldwide incomes of its citizens that have assets of all kinds abroad.

I suppose you don't expect the current favorable conditions in Barbados to undergo a sea change anytime soon or later?
