Anybody have any thoughts on Spinco's dealings with Ericsson? Ericsson has a 3G license with the parent QCOM. If Ericsson has essential WCDMA IPR, Spinco has nothing it can barter/x-license with Ericcson. Does this mean Spinco has to pay Ericsson real paper money? Or did the infra deal give Spinco/QCOM a license for Ericsson's IPR? Thx! rv
