Discovery Partners International Announces $90
Million Public Offering of Common Stock
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2000--Discovery Partners International, Inc.
announced today its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price
of $18.00 per share.
Chase H&Q, Lehman Brothers and UBS Warburg LLC acted as managing underwriters for the offering.
