GNET should call off the merger.

GNET is in MUCH better financial shape than InfoSpace. GNET has about the same revenues as INSP, but has been profitable for more than a year now, while INSP continues to lose money.

INSP is an overvalued wireless play, and GNET should be getting the majority of shares in this deal.
