My husband, an ex-copyright attorney, is concerned about the same thing. He thinks SI needs to revise the terms to exclude creative works. I wrote Jill about it, and she said it wasn't a problem-that the intent was to control illegal reprinting of copyrighted material. I'm sure the webmasters aren't thinking along the lines that we are worrying about, but my husband, and I think Alexa, our resident lawyer, feel that for everyone's protection something should be written clarifying this.
