Mark: Thanks for replying. Unfortunately your comment about Netscape goes against my religion )LOL) When I first started on the Net I got suckered into getting their browser,because of the US gov crusade against Microsoft, and after a few problems had to phone them for some help, only to be greeted with" we don't service that version any more. I burned their disk and muttered a few incantations and swore that I would never ever use one of their products, and I haven't and won't. Only upgraded to 5.5 last night and it didn't change a thing. I'm still fiddling and fortunately I don't live in Rome and neither the house nor the city are yet in flames. Thanks for trying. Rgds Trev
