Damien, what is truly terrible to witness is that poor Bob here still thinks that you have his and EXLN's interest at heart when you answer his posts. I can't understand why you can't be honest with at least him and tell him that you hate this company and it wouldn't matter to you what they do, you are still going to find something negative to say about them. When someone asks your advice about something and you have a personal bias against it, is the right thing to do to disclose your bias when you comment. It is obviously not clear to him that your feelings about this company are far from objective.
