Steve, I use several brokers. Web Street had that order but I also use Suretrade and rjt. I think it sometimes involves which MM the Brokerage uses on the OTCBB. They don't always use the one with the best price but rather the one many times that pay them a fee for directing order flow to the Market Makers firm.
