Grace, my company develops software using EXLN products and the reason we do that is simply because they are better than any competing products for what we are doing. The service is also very good (on the whole). So you could actually put me down as a happy customer who enjoys good technical and commercial relationships with EXLN staff at various levels of seniority.

Having said that, I do not currently view EXLN as a good stock to invest in, since it has failed to generate substantial revenue growth despite having such wonderful products. I think everyone knows that is my view.

I do not wish to get dragged into a dispute about whether I am entitled to particpate in this thread, but because I regularly do business with EXLN, I want to make it publicly clear that I do not "hate this company". I simply don't think that the company is going to generate subtantially higher revenue growth in the future than it has in the past.

If you want to engage in ad hominem arguments, I recommend the Yahoo thread.
