We are all very relieved with your efforts. You can not even imagine how Richard Surber has been slandered and slammed on this board.
I would, however, respectfully ask that you drop Shadow99 as a focus of your lawsuit. His actions were the least egregious of the aforementioned culprits and I think he just got caught up in it and went with the flow. He is, by no means, a bad person.
In my opinion, you should check the multiple, acrimonious and libelous posts by both " jonmop " and " ageiche ". They were particularly slanderous, odious and posted with malady, and meant to devalue KLYS, in my humble opinion.
It will be interesting to find out if some of these folks are one and the same. I remember, a fews years back, that most of my azealas and other bushers were being torn apart around the roots by a bunch of moles. As it turned out, there was only one mole.

For my own personal gain (this is my first post ever on KLYS) please provide information on successfully prosecuted cases of libel and slander as it pertains to internet 'chat' rooms as this is essentially what RB is.
Also, I would like to know how you intend to combat the 'ignorance' plea as there is no way you can prove that any of these alleged violators ever read your post.
