Good luck Haqi! I found when I quit a few years ago, the fear of withdrawal was a lot worse than the withdrawal really was. The day I quit smoking I also quit shaving. I figured I had to get something out of it, even if it was just a beard. And for about a one week period, I told people what I really thought of them. It was great! PS - I have long since lost the beard
