I understand your position and thank you for your help. I've had help from Msoft a number of times ove the last 15 years, and never had any problem with them. I was also in the Equipment business for more than 30 years, and although I've been retired for the last few I still respond to cries for help from old customers so I know what it's like on both sides of the fence.

Those who give service keep customers , those who don't can rot in the other place, as far as I am concerned. You have a name for being helpful, you know what I'm talking about.
