I particularly noted the range of LUMM's stock price - $7 to $70 in figuring the conversion. These institutional investors know that LUMM will be nowhere near there in 18 months. And that makes the $30 maximum price these institutional investors will be paying an even sweeter deal! However they did have the sense to pony up the $35M today when LUMM hasn't sold a dime of product to clinch the deal. These guys sure did their math based on future earnings potential. More power to 'em. There's a lesson there for the conservative pussies among us. DJ
