OT (I know I said I was done on this subject....but Brians Post pissed me off enough to foam off at the mouth again) How can the intelligent people of this thread not see that Napster helps/aids/incourages people to steal. You guys are playing word games. That data rate crap is bogus....most people cant tell the difference between 128 and actual cd quality... Like I said word games. One more point.... Just because RIAA cant stop all the NapsterWannabees does not make it right. And it is stealing. Drew Now... if Napster could help the Chinese get CDMA for free then you people might actually have a problem with it? :)
