When the street learns that EVOK's technology is way better and more robust, WEBX will crash to below $10 and EVOK soar. Eventually the effect of a better banker in an offering will wane and reality will settle in. Also WEBX said in their S1 that they had received no letter about patents from any company. Not true. They got one from Contigo before EVOK bought them. This could be BIG trouble down the road. Misreps in S1 may haunt them.
