Frank- From observing Kennard's thought process, I would have to think he would be of mind to say to the incumbents, "If you build a fiber pipe to the home, it's yours." Of course he can't right out and say this, but he could be politically heading this way now in stealth mode. Just my guess only. -MikeM(From Florida)
