w, Very interesting year we have ahead of us. I actually look at this as a reverse-Palm. SpinCo is being jettisoned to remove the cross-licensing bugaboo and leave QCOM in the driver's seat. Don't get me wrong, I want to own SpinCo. But if you look at the last quarter's numbers, there was no 'slump' in QCOM. SpinCo had the slump. IMHO, we have a great opportunity to simply own these two businesses or to trade them, or both. Though I think it is for the most part hocus-pocus, I agree with you we may need some TA help over the next year. Cooters
