Nitpickings:

Maybe you mean "pistil" ...

... ILJ's ad said "...All brokerage houses that presently hold my CONSECO shares, in both margin and cash accounts, have agreed to honor my request not to loan out any of my CONSECO stock to anyone effective immediately. ..."

While it is possible that ILJ has a zero balance in his margin accounts, or balances that would allow the movement of all his CNC shares to cash accounts, it is more likely, IMO, that he has some margin balances on the CNC position, and does not "own" all CNC shares outright.
