lkj: in the Qualcomm 8k that you provided the link to, it is kinda' troubling that nowhere is there mention of Globalstar... Under the "FURTHER DEVELOP EXISTING BUSINESSES" section around page 5, they discuss Omnitracs as well as all other ventures, but nowhere is Globalstar mentioned. I have to think about this one for a while, but off the top, this leads me to believe that this is not a focus for Qualcommm any longer. Best, JHN
