REGARDING ISOMAN BEING A COMEDIAN...

While it may be against the SEC's rules to explain how you can tell someone is or is not a comedian on SI, I am going to risk it here anyway:

(1) His posts are funny. That is usually a good sign that the poster actually IS a comedian.

(2) There is a conspiracy that he may not actually be writing his own material, but pawning it off of someone else. The conspiracy theorists also believe that when they read his posts, their laughter was being caused by the MM's forcing them to laugh and not what ISOMAN actually posted. I don't know how this is proof that his is a comedian except that the whole theory is kind of funny, and comedians are funny too. Therefore, he MUST be a comedian.

(3) Some people don't get his humor. While this is never the sign of a GOOD comedian, at least it is acknowledged that he was trying to be funny (just like a real comedian).

OK...OK... Let's face it... I am no comedian EITHER, but I do appreciate humor mixed with the subject matter that too often is tied with our EVERY wish and desire, and thus taken too seriously in the scheme of things.

On that note I just want to say thank you to ISOMAN and the other 'comedians' on this thread who have really helped lighten up the topic. Keep it up!
