Hi GaPeach, Puna, and All~ Puna, I'm sure that all of us wish we were there to help you do something to 'batten down the hatches', but on the other hand, not be there to experience the winds... We're had 70-80 mph here (were you here then?), and it's really downright scary!!! We have many 100' trees around us, so doubly so....but then you have coconut trees all around, and I can't even imagine those things flying around...Take good care of you!!!
We were supposed to have rain here today, and it has turned out to be totally beautiful! South Seas type of night...warm breeze, clear, and just lovely....So all of you who have yucky weather, come on up here....all we have is ten kazillion cars on the roads meant for many fewer.... Sounds like Sarkie and Carolyn are having a great time! Rudi, are you still shopping for shoes? I found a pair that worked for these old feet, and ended up getting four pair....different colors...
