1. A $1 or $2 tax on CDR and CD-RW
2. A 10c/MB tax on each mmc/CF flash cartridge.
3. A tax on internet bandwidth traffic, with the assumption that XX% of all internet traffic is audio/video files.


Considering the fact that all of these things can be, and in fact mostly are, used for purposes other then illegally copying copyrighted material, any such fees or taxes given to the copyright holders would in my opinion amount to theft at least as much as downloading music with napster does.
