Considering the fact that all of these things can be, and in fact mostly are, used for purposes other then illegally copying copyrighted material, any such fees or taxes given to the copyright holders would in my opinion amount to theft at least as much as downloading music with napster does. Tim, it's like the state tax on tobacco products. Ausdauer
