Taki...I was about to post Genes' response to me and you...
beat me to it.... LOL... my question was...

"Do you think that the SEC will ever force the mm's to show their short positions on otcbb stocks?"

REGARDING THE POSSIBILITY OF PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF SHORTS...

Bob,

I hope so and I will tell you why. Once the public has
FULL KNOWLEDGE of MM short positions the
conspiracy theorists and 'smoke and mirror' promoters
will have nobody else to point the finger at except
themselves and the possibility that these company's and
their insiders are not such darlings after all (dare I
use blasphemy!).

I am 100% for knowledge of MM short positions and I
agree that the public has a right to know. On top of
that I believe the OTC BB needs to incorporate the SEC
order handling rules and once you have both of these in
place I may start investing some good money into the
OTC BB's myself (nah, probably not).

That is my position on those matters.

All the best,

-- Gene

The man has a point... Wall Street is one of
my favorite movies and, if you remember,
Gordon Geiko could make stocks move up,
down and sideways, and he was not a mm...
or even an insider...he just bought inside info...
and I do believe that movie was a fair portrayal
of how the "players" operate...

Genes' point seems to be that the insiders
are just as much to blame for stock manipulation
as the mm's... and I agree...

BTW... Taki I hope you didn't cancel that sell
order on CWRC last week. I plan to pick up some
myself this week. At .01 I think CWRC is a safe bet...
