humor me for a moment.

I read the statement as follows.

For two million dollars the investors received common shares and warrants to buy shares.
We don't know how many of either they bought, untill the next statement where they spend 1.5 million for a stated number of common shares in the second offering which ends up costing them 1.75 per share.

Is that how you understand it?
