Victor, to say that earnings were really -.12 rather than -.15 is akin to not counting the last touchdown in a football game because in one's opinion, the refs "blew the call". We had a -.15 loss and that's it. The one time charge was annoying, but it counts. I was more disappointed in revenues being in the 12 mill range, I thought they woud have done somewhat better.

On one of your posts highlighting and commenting on Dain's view of the company was extremely interesting. You seemed to insinuate that much of Dain's view was a more than a tad conservative. Well then, if NETP doesn't reach most if not all of the prognostications they put forth we should all be looking at other investments. I will definitely be looking at that report and NETP's performance as a measuring stick for this company in the next few quarters.

My question, and I hope to open somewhat of a debate here, is who is the most likely candidate to acquire NETP? I ask this because I really don't see them holding out long enough to be able to grow the company sufficiently to withstand competition. Not with a share price at these levels. IMHO the most likely potential acquirers are Oracle, KANA, EPNY as the top 3.
