More hand waving. Substantial increase in institutional holding of Klic insidertrader.com Solid evidence this makes absolutely no difference whatsoever. (I am concerned the proximity all the Republicans will adversely impact Klic's ability to think clearly. And dang nabbit, now they can't even store their 8028s on the grassy knoll at the Navy Yard. Tough to fight those DOD PR ordinates however.)
