Carl - Great analysis, especially liked you getting a true book value of around $4/share. I was thinking the same thing and was about to have someone verify it for me. I also agree that it's the direction they're going with earnings that are important, that's why the .12 is important because of the KD1 and the Lease are over and one-time events, although with the "true" earnings we'll be dealing with one of them for a few more years.
