Yes, that's how I understand it. Dilution sucks is the normal take here. Dilution coming as fast as contracts. I am hoping that's the end of it for a while. The warrants are likely freebies to the investors; it will be interesting to see how many and for what. But we may get to play a faint rerun of this spring's conversion rally with those and maybe other warrants and such from previous deals. I say faint, because the number of shares is relatively small compared to the float this time around. And it will likely be a year before it becomes playable. Might have to dig for something sooner, or just figure this is long term investment. Certainly, I expect it to move slower post conversion, with all these shares out.

Anyhow, gotta wait for the filing to say much more or concoct a plan. If I find another angle, I will mention it.
