I'll try to explain the "standstill"
Imagine, if you can, that on whatever date the warrants vest, the price is the same as today. The price has "stood still" hence, "standstill". Its the same as saying, "holding all other variables CONSTANT, except time, what would the warrants be worth"

BTW, WW has dug even deeper than I into this financing and found the default provision - the real floor for this convert is .001 a share. Truly floorless.
One more thing, Castle Creek et al., if they want to hedge their positions, need buyers, so I strongly doubt they have a "cabal" of posters sprading FUD.
