I would not place too much value on Mr. van Overbeek's quote from the Annual Report. I was just going over the 1994 Annual Report. Although it did not provide as definitive a view as the 1996 quote you referenced, it did paint a pretty rosy scenario. Anyone who has lived through 1994 and 1995 with Cornerstone, would feel that any optimism in 1994 was unwarranted.

As for the IRS contract, this would appear to be a deal that would fit Cornerstone's strengths. Does anyone have any further details on this? I will be interested to see if it is discussed in the Stockholder's meeting.

I am encouraged by the recent price movement of the stock. I am not much of a technician, but I have been told that it is a positive sign when a company's share price moves up on "heavy" volume and pulls back on "lower" volume. Since Cornerstone's volume is always quite low the volumes I refer to are relative. My only concern would be that this increased volume is not by some fund manager or other institution, but by Cornerstone buying back stock as part of their purchase program. Does anyone know how to find out?

Best Regards,

Ron
